La Cerquila is one of my favourite villa zones in all of Nueva Andalucía. It has privacy, security, modern architecture, and a beautifully maintained environment. The gated parts feel like a luxury American suburb, and some of the renovated Andalusian villas are genuinely world-class.
If you want modern villa living close to golf and Banús — without noise or chaos — La Cerquila is one of the strongest choices you can make.
